Every party checked. Every stop confirmed.

SECRUL checks who the carrier is before they can bid, confirms the truck at each stop, and keeps every document signed and on the order. Here is exactly what we check and when.

How it works

Trip T-2201 from Dallas, TX to Memphis, TN, in transit at 58 mph: checked in at pickup at 8:12 AM, running 25 minutes behind at 10:40 AM, an unplanned 48-minute stop at 1:05 PM, and the driver’s answer at 1:09 PM.

The problem

Freight is stolen with paperwork, not crowbars.

Dispatcher on a call at his desk, an order spreadsheet open on the monitorYour inbox, the phone, the load board
identity theft

Someone books your order as a real carrier.

A bought, dormant or hijacked USDOT and MC, a look-alike email domain, a clean insurance certificate. Nothing on paper is wrong.

What SECRUL checks
  • FMCSA registry
  • Carrier authority
  • Identity matched
Trailers backed into the dock doors of a warehouseYour dock
fictitious pickup

The wrong truck leaves with your freight.

A driver arrives before the real one with a name and MC that match the rate con. The dock has no way to tell.

What SECRUL checks
  • Check-in on site
  • Driver of that carrier
  • Truck and trailer match
Loaded trailers parked alone in an empty lot at duskTruck stops, rest areas, unsecured lots
tracking gone dark

The truck stops, and so does the signal.

Loaded trailers are most exposed where they sit: overnight lots, weekends, holidays. You find out when the window passes.

What SECRUL checks
  • Location for the whole trip
  • Unplanned stops flagged
  • Driver asked in the app
Forklift bringing pallets to an open trailer at the receiving dockThe receiver's dock
redirected delivery

The order is delivered, just not to your receiver.

A call from someone posing as the shipper changes the consignee at the last minute. The claim comes weeks later.

What SECRUL checks
  • Receiver check-in by link
  • Delivery photos
  • POD signed on site
Integration

Nothing to install on your side.

Send orders the way you already do: an email, a rate con, a spreadsheet. Your customer and the receiver follow the trip from a link. The carrier and driver work in their own apps.

  1. Copy the text of the email or rate con into the AI dispatcher. It becomes a draft order you review. A week of orders? Drop in a spreadsheet instead.

  2. A named, read-only link for your customer. You choose what it shows. No account needed to open it.

  3. The dock confirms the driver and signs the POD from a link, without signing up.

How it works

One order, from booking to signed POD.

Each step leaves a record. Together they become the audit report on the order.

  1. Before the bid

    The carrier is verified.

USDOT and MC are checked in the FMCSA registry, the authority must be a carrier's, and insurance must be current. The person bidding is confirmed as part of that company.

    • USDOT 3318204 active
    • Carrier authority, not broker-only
    • Auto liability and cargo on file
    • Signer belongs to this USDOT
  2. Before pickup

The driver is tied to that carrier.

The driver joins from the carrier's own account and confirms their phone. Truck and trailer numbers are set on the rate con.

Stops re-brokering to a driver you never verified
Driver in the cab checking the driver app on his phone
  3. At the dock

    Pickup is confirmed on site.

The driver checks in at the pickup address. Location, seal number and cargo photos go straight to the order, and the BOL is signed in the app.

    Stops fictitious pickups
Locked door bars of a trailer with the seal wire in place
  4. On the road

    Every stop is explained.

Location is sent for the whole trip. An unplanned stop or a route change is flagged, and the driver is asked about it in the app.

Stops trailers going dark between docks
Tractor-trailer on an interstate in late afternoon light
  5. At the receiver

    Arrival and delivery are recorded.

The receiver checks in from a link, no account needed. Detention is timed from check-in, and delivery photos are added before the doors close.

Stops shortages no one can place
Receiver in the warehouse checking in a delivery on a tablet
  6. After delivery

    The POD closes the file.

The receiver signs on the driver's screen. The report is generated and attached to the order.

    Stops disputes over what arrived
Receiver signing on the driver’s phone screen
The output

The whole trip, on the order.

Every event with who logged it, where and the files behind it. Next to it, the signed deal documents. Open it for your customer, your insurer or a claim.
